Room size good, great kitchen for meals, decent bathroom with washing machine. Staff friendly, gave excellent recommendations for walks, restaurants, and directions. Allowed us to store suitcases early. Found better room to avoid road noise. Close to cafes, food, transport, supermarket.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to public transport and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. Although the overall appearance of the hotel could use some refurbishment, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Despite some minor inconveniences like limited wifi and occasional noise disruptions from nearby establishments, the hotel provides all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided us with plenty of advice and assistance during our stay, including helping us find taxis and local laboratories for our pre-return flight tests. The location of this hotel is also fantastic, with a comprehensive shopping center right next door, allowing us to easily buy breakfast foods. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a sit-down table, oven, hotplate, and microwave. our experience here was very comfortable and accessible.
Our room initially did not have the harbor view that we had booked, but the staff quickly accommodated us and moved us to a room with a beautiful harbor view. Despite this initial mix-up, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.
